Both versions, inches and millimeters, are DWG files that open in AutoCAD 2000 or newer; insert either one at scale 1 and it lands at its real size. Use cadgrid-birthing-table-delivery-bed_in.dwg in drawings set up in inches and cadgrid-birthing-table-delivery-bed_mm.dwg in drawings set up in millimeters.
